Race: Human
Class: Wizard
Level: 7
HP: 28
AC: 14
Int: +4
Wis: +2
Chr: -1

Known Aliases: “X”, “Xavier”

Description: A scholar by profession, Gregory is interested in researching the history of enchanted items. He studies and teaches at one of the oldest schools in Philomath, Tel Lyarthi. Given the lack of interest in learning the history behind the loss of magically enchanted items, he has become a bit cynical towards society and believes himself to be of a more superior intellect than most. Given the lack of funding towards his research, he has had to resort to some unsavory methods to acquire previously magical artifacts.
While extremely intelligent and very passionate about his work, Gregory can be shy and meek around new people, or those who may be physically intimidating.

While the mysterious figure known only as ‘X’ was initially thought to have been been hired to act as an intermediary and messenger of Fool’s March chancellor, Sabre Thornton, it was revealed that he was an irate Serpentwood in disguise. Having had enough of the world looking down on him for his field of study, he decided to begin working with darker forces in order to bring back enchantment magic.

Glenjerman Copperfist

Description: Just Jer to his friends, or Manny, or possibly Glen. It’s hard to pin down, and Glenjerman is not very good at clarifying. Nephew to Cadmun Copperfist, this cheerful olive-skinned dwarf with a chainmail vest and a man bun that’s actually working for him sells woolen goods at the entrance to Ferroholm using the sheep currently being used to keep the grounds tidy. She has a warm, maternal instinct for taking care of everyone who passes through Triumph House’s doors. She quickly warms to those who are friendly, but can be vicious to those who cause offense or harm those she cares about. She allows friends to call her “Bonnie”.

Chainlock Keep
Izzik the Lost

Legends place Izzik’s birthplace somewhere around Bryn Shander, the capital city of the arctic Icewind Dale region. Much of their early history is lost to time or contradicted by other sources, but folklore regards Izzik as the most skillful mage of the era, with power rivaling that of lesser gods. Much song and story is devoted to their exploits: the defeat of the Golden, their designing (and later destruction of) the Forge of Shade, their escape from the Obsidian Snare, etc. Nearly 800 years ago, Izzik simply disappeared from their post as Chief Arcane Advisor within the Elder Empire, and was never seen again.
In all remaining documentation of the mage, Izzik was described a surprisingly slight humanoid of indeterminate gender, with very fine shoulder-length slivery hair, that appeared almost to be a boater’s tan, and lightly luminous orange eyes with odd pupils. Goggles could be found resting on their brow, with a dizzying array of lens attachments anchored to them, with a variety of both colors and sizes. To those who met Izzik, they could be described as…eccentric. (Read: Slightly insane.) Catalyst, a red dragon wyrmling could oft be found mounted on Izzik’s shoulder.
Note: Izzik the Lost is presumed dead. Their whereabouts haven’t been confirmed in hundreds of years so we can only assume…

Jerath Norn

Description: This small-time confidence man is a platinum blonde drow of medium build with a disarming smile and a small spoon on a chain around his neck (proclaiming his favor with “the First” in Chainlock Keep). Norn’s criminal ways are frequent and inept enough that he can predictably be found in Clearcrest’s central prison, but he eschews violence and has a tendency to faint at the sight of blood. The drow is a fairly good source for rumors and information within the prison.

Can I help you, mate?” And, for a small fee, he might be able to offer you information about the sailors he’s seen coming and going…

Danvers

Known Aliases: His Most Lowly and Esteemed Beloved Servant, First Keeper Danvers of the Submerged Rectory of the Deepest Fain

Description: In serious need of a bath and fresh clothes, Danvers can often be seen in dirty rags carrying a wooden sign through Worf’s Wharf, on which have been stapled a trout and a crab claw with a pair of small knives…all of which have clearly seen better days (the back is a crude drawing of a chair with an “X” through it) Whenever he happens to spot someone who isn’t immediately scurrying away, he’ll being to shout wildly in praise to a god he calls “Gibbidibbus.” Occasionally, he seems to fall into some sort of trance and spouts prophecy which may or may not be accurate.

Her deep, monotonous voice emphasizes a calm, logical, and emotionless manner. Lobose runs Questor’s View’s dockside.

Missy Ocean

Admittedly, that is the least shocking thing about the creature. Its forehead is grossly elongated, with glassy black eyes and a set of round wireframe spectacles perched over horrifying tentacles, which in turn are resting over what would be a chin on any normal humanoid. Two are exceptionally short, creating the facsimile of a mustache, and the two longer tentacles braid themselves together neatly under the face. The rest of the creature is remarkably similar to a gnome, albeit one with skin a disconcerting purple color, bony, distended fingers, and a bizarre leatherish black robe covering the space you’d assume its feet must be. Has a penchant for drinking spinal fluid out of a delicate bone china teacup.

He has slicked back hair that was once blonde, but is now greying. A small, sharp beard juts out from his chin matches.
He feels deep loyalty to the family he serves as a show of gratitude for taking him and his mother in after they lost their home and became destitute to during The Battle of the Braided Armies. Her wrists and fingers are adorned with various jewelry and the designs on her face continue on her hands.
She is a student of divination, which her ancient, wealthy elven family considers rather tawdry. She is rather eccentric in dress and behaviors- sometimes appearing to be distracted by a far off thought. Valindra Wynsidor

Description: The matron of the Wynsidor family; an old money elven family in the district of Skyleaf that has an ongoing rivalry with the Amastacia family for supposedly being given too much credit for providing resources to Lord Marshall Alamir during the Battle of the Braided Armies.

She survives her husband and patron of the House of Wynsidor, Ayre Wynsidor.
In a show of hubris, she once attempted to perform a ritual during the Elven Heritage Festival Nostari Merende and ended up almost destroying the district.
